Restaurant Practical 4

20 November 2010

This was our last restaurant practical class.
Our lesson for the day was napkin folding & the table cloth setting!
Wow~!
That's amazing.
There were many types of folding methods with only one napkin!
Bishop's Mitre, Rosebud, Pyramid, The Crown, The Rose, Lady Windermere's Fan, Cardinal Hat, The Goblet Fan, The Clown's Hat, Arum Lily, Bird of Paradise.
Miss Sukie taught us these 10 napkins folding.
Actually there are still got many many types of folding...
10 types I also want pengsan already....
susah nak memorise...
and...the table cloth setting...
susah juga...

that's it for the day!
after class, we did spring cleaning.
because our TARC restaurant is re-opening on Monday.

Today got one photographer came to our restaurant for photo shooting.
 He is from Parenthood Magazine.
Curious about what was he photo shooting?
HeHem..... he was came to shoot us...
Blek~  =P
Actually he was came to shoot the foods which cooked by our professional chefs.
