Kitchen Practical 4 (Sem 4)

8th of July 2011
The fourth kitchen practical.
=)

Menu of the week:
- Caesar's Salad
- Rack of Lamb 'parslied' Rosolette Potatoes
- Dessert of the day

The job I responsibled in was the Caesar's salad dressing.
Ermm... it actually made from many ingredients.
such as mayonaisse, lemon juice, worcheshire sauce, tabasco, garlic cloves, anchovies and others.
It is easy to make the sauce.
Heeheee... senang senang job saja~~

After we did our job...
We were separated into different position.
Wen Shin and I are the one to prepare dessert again.
=)

Nice sauce!! Sedap!
but quite sour, really suit as an appetizer.
