Kitchen Practical 2

Chefs teach us cook beef steak today!

This is the recipe.
Ingredients : Sirloin steaks, Dijon Mustard, small diced Onion, Heavy Cream, Butter, Salt & Pepper, cooking oil.
( ingredients for side dish : Potatoes and Carrots. )
Season the steaks both side with salt & pepper.
Wipe one side of each sirloin with half teaspoon of mustard then covered it with diced onion.
Then the steaks can be cooked.
and prepare the sauce.
and start to garnish the steak with the side dish.

Our side dish is small cute potato balls, carrot slices & English parsley.

These are our group's end 'products'.

Actually our chefs request us to cook one Medium-Rare steak and one Well-Done steak.

but we failed to do so....
both the steaks of our group are medium-rare...
see? the middle of the meat still pink in color..
and the potato balls are not cooked...
so...some marks are deducted..
Finally, we get 25/30marks!
Yeeeeeeeeeeeee~
Happy!!!

We tasted our dishes, not bad!!
Quite DELICIOUS!
