This was our first restaurant practical which on 9th October.
starts from 9a.m to 3p.m.
Weather on the early morning was good.
A sunny day.
We wore the long sleeve uniform.
Eveybody was looked nice and handsome in uniform.
but....me...
Oh My GOD!
I looked like a boy in uniform..
Wuwuwuwuuwu~ why like this geh....
so sad..

This is our restaurant's bar station.
Our beautiful practical tutor, Ms. Sukie taught us personal hygiene, cutlery, types of plates, water glasses and service skills.
See!
There are different types of cutlery!
Cake fork, dessert fork, fish fork, table fork….
Steak knife, table knife, fish knife, bread/butter knife…
Table spoon, dessert spoon, soup spoon, tea spoon, coffee spoon, cake scoop….
They are looked similar, it was quite confusing…
and these....
The plate abang and glass adik are waiting us to memorize them...
Dessert plate, appetizer plate, dinner plate, BB plate, soup plate, lasagna bowl, salad bowl...
Martini cocktail glass, red wine, white wine, Champagne flute, Champagne saucer..
water goblet, Brandy snifter, Hi-Ball glass, Cafe Latte, Collins glass, Tumbler glass...
Banana split boat, peach melba, sugar bowl, milk jug, egg cup...
and so on...
After these memorizing part, we had our 1hour break time.
Our class 15people went to TBR had our lunch... (1 absent)
hmmm...so壮观....
like insurance agencies lolz....
After lunch, Ms. taught us service skills.
How to hold the tray with 4drinks and serve it..
It was totally great!
We had learnt a lot of things...
and we had a lots of fun!
