Kitchen Practical 2 & 3 (Sem 4)

Kitchen Practical 2

That day I did cook the Cream of Brocolli Soup!
Here is the ingredients for cooking the soup.
and this was our finished product!
Hmmm~ YUMMY YUMMY!

That day our main course was breaded fish!
done by my classmate, DELICIOUS!

After done all the dishes, we were separated into different jobs.
I and Wen Shin were grouped together to work in the pastry.

Yay!! I liked it!
got got air-cond in the room... no need to stay in the hot kitchen.
xD

 Dessert of that day was Choco Poux...
forgot what's name it called already...
It was nice presentation shown by Chef
 Our dessert presentation not bad too..
but of course not as nice as chef one laaa~

Kitchen Practical 3

I am the saucier this week!
The one who prepare sauce.
A team with Wen Shin again.
=)

Tis week's work quite challenging us....
All ingredients need to be diced, chopped, cut into small small.....
Argh~~!! Our eyes very very san fu~~
Especially for the fine chopped shallot and tomato concasee.
Ingredients for the sauce, Chasseur sauce.

The chasseur sauce is pronouned as叉烧in cantonese..
Haha! Its name so cuteeee loo

After practical went to Canteen 2.
We sat at the side and chit chat.
