Kitchen Practical 1 (Sem 3)

Came to Sem 3, we thought that will not have kitchen practical any more..
but we were wrong.
we are needed to attend kitchen practical in this sem.
Luckily it is only once for two week.
like last sem..
one week kitchen one week restaurant practical.
okay lar~~ not bad~

First kitchen practical in this sem.
Chef divides us into 2 teams and then separates into few groups.
Some groups cook fish, chicken, and puffs.

Weeee~~
Our team recipe are roasted chicken!
Look, here is our marinated chicken.
=)
Marinate ingredients have salt, pepper, tomato & chilli sauce, and some herbs.

At the end of practical, we taste our end products.
Yeah~~ It was delicious.
fried fish, roasted chicken, sardin puff, hotdog puff and chicken puff too.
emm~ yummy~

Next week is restaurant practical.
We will have chance to taste and make several types of wine, cocktails and mocktails.

We are so excited~!
