And in this practical the lecture had gave us a chance to try all them!
Alcoholic drinks man!!

WoOoOooOow!!
We are damn high..

But before the trying session, we did did some presentation on mocktails garnishing.
These are the examples of mocktails garnishes which done by lecture.

Got pineapples, cherry, strawberry, lime, lemon, orange, olives, pandan leaves and also celery stalks for garnishes.
And.. small umbrella too!
...
This was done by our group.
Haha~ simple~~simple geh leng lor~~

Let's see others groups too.
=)

This was so nice, the highest mark in the class!
and simple too.
It was creative enough.
The 'designer' said the pineapple hole was given to guest to insert a straw for drinking.
We were quite curious that how was he done this...
it looks difficult.

but... photographer pun 'tertangkap' oleh photographer lain..
Hahaha~ my 回眸一笑~  =)

Had a nice try on alcoholic drinks.
Margarita, Mojito, Long Island Ice Tea, Bloody Mary and so on...
too many nouns, can't memorize all.
Haha~~
>w<
Now I only know that wines are full of bitternesss...
Oowww... I not really like it, I hate bitter!
The most cocktail I preferred was Long Island Ice Tea..
got taste of Coke inside, okay okay lor...
or Mojito cocktail... It is sour enough to cover the bitterness of RUM...
It was acceptable, but I'm not so like sour taste...
Ermm...
Felt GOOD!
We can walk straight and not yet drunk at the end of class!
Hahahahahaha~
Nice practical time!
=)

* wondering what will be cooked on tomorrow's kitchen practical...
