Kitchen Practical 1 (Sem 4)

27th May 2011

This is our first kitchen practical in this sem.
Wooo... we are back to the hot hot kitchen again...

This week our TARC restaurant is RE-opened.
H 12 which are us cook in the kitchen and H 11 service at restaurant.
We take turn every week...
Next week will be our turn to service at restaurant.
Please come and support us ya!
Friday 12pm-3pm (H 12)

Today, we cooked... Egg Florentine & Chicken Fricassee served with pilaf rice and fresh vegetables...
I am the one who fu zak prepare the Mornay suace for the Egg Forentine
neh neh neh~~ saw the milky sauce on the egg?
That's did by me =)
To complete the sauce.... is very big process loo...
I need to keep stirring when the sauce is boiling in the pot..
stirring stirring stirring non-stop...
Tiring man!

and At last, I and Shin Lee are the stewards of the day.
U know what steward is?
erm.... is a plate washer looo...
Quite FUN! 
Can play with the water and the wash machine!
HAHA!
BUT!!... is it very tiring although we have machine's help.
The dirty plates was coming non-stop.
We wash the plates from 12pm to 2.30pm..
Tired~~

and wearing the safety shoes for the whole day....

After 3pm practical we still have to go for English tutorial class..

We are totally out of energy already...
Luckily.. the leng zai teacher is humorous.
not boring to attend his class loo...

We sang loudly in school today.
Haha! A lecturer laugh at us!
